Description

Abstract: Leading the church can be challenging, but it is often the most important things that unite us – things like Jesus, our mission, and the value of the church and family. As the church continues, it is important to reconsider how it partners with and influences families. For the church to effectively influence the community, families, and individuals, it must understand current trends so it can effectively partner with families and impact the next generation. Accordingly, the church must be intentional about fostering relationships. Integrating individuals into the family of faith via interactive worship, leveraging technology, service, and focusing on presenting a Christian worldview through the preaching of the Bible are critical components of this intentionality. If the church is faithful in this endeavor, families can discover the joy and understand the purpose of the church.
