Abstract: The Didache was a second-century apostolic work used as an educational manual in the early church. Principles drawn from the Didache’s teachings have modern family ministry applications for discipleship through apprenticeship and instruction in the “Way of Life.”
Kevin Clark Jones, D.Ed.Min., is the assistant director of institutional assessment at Liberty University. He has been teaching theology and Bible at the college level for the last six years and most recently began as an adjunct with Liberty’s School of Divinity.
