Description
This paper will examine the concept of the family through two lenses, that of our current culture and that of the Bible. These two sections will then be followed by some concluding remarks providing implications and applications. The overarching goal is to derive, straight from the inspired Scriptures, God’s intended purpose and design in creating the family and to understand how we then shall live.
Travis Flanagan is a blessed husband and a thankful father of three. He serves as the pastor of students and families at Plymouth Park Baptist Church in Irving, Texas.
