Promotes a biblical model for passing faith to the next generation, where the home is the primary source of spiritual development for children and the church comes alongside with training, equipping, resources, and encouragement. Helps parents and teachers discover how faith is developed in children. Provides parents and children’s workers an understanding of how to teach God’s Word in ways that impact children. Julie Kurz has over 30 years of experience in children’s ministry as a children’s ministry director, and an independent consultant for the Reconnect Ministries. Julie served on the National Family and Children’s Ministry Team for the Evangelical Free Church of America, and on the National Association of Family Ministries Team. She has also worked with Transform World on the Family Challenge Track and the 4-14 Window Movement. She has served as the children’s ministry specialist for Church Assistance Ministries. Julie, and her husband Dave, have been married 50 years and have three adult children and seven grandchildren.
