Abstract: As young adults, many Christians have experienced difficulty applying their faith to everyday life. In this paper we examine dilemma discussions, a cognitive developmental technique that has been found to successfully impact behavior. A model is proposed whereby parents can utilize dilemma discussions to help their children effectively address problems they face in everyday life while preparing them to apply their faith to successfully navigate adulthood.
