The challenge many of us face is not a lack of vision, rather a lack of strategy. If we can’t determine the strategy, we tend to default back to what they have always done. In other words, we find ourselves running back to a church centric model that focuses exclusively on the weekend or midweek programs, while missing our opportunities to connect church with home. It’s imperative that we establish a simple, reproducible, and strategic plan that any staff member or volunteer can implement.
